These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of JumpMania Academy and JumpMania Event Rentals, including all related websites, courses, digital content, physical products, services, and materials (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Definitions

  • “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to JumpMania Academy and JumpMania Event Rentals.
  • “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing the Services.
  • “Academy” refers to JumpMania Academy educational programs, courses, videos, downloads, and related materials.
  • “Event Rentals” refers to physical products, including inflatables, equipment, apparel, signage, and marketing materials.

2. Eligibility & Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws applicable to your business activities.

3. License & Intellectual Property

All content provided through JumpMania Academy including videos, slides, worksheets, templates, contracts, and written materials is owned by the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, reproduce, or distribute course materials
  • Use materials for commercial training, teaching, or coaching
  • Record, download, or mirror content outside the platform
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Allow third parties access to your account

Violation of this section will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. No Guarantees / No Earnings Claims

JumpMania Academy provides education and guidance only.

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Income, profits, bookings, or business success
  • Specific financial outcomes
  • Performance, growth, or results

Success depends on many factors, including individual effort, market conditions, execution, and business decisions.
Any examples of revenue or results are illustrative only and not guarantees.

5. Physical Products & Event Rentals

If you purchase physical products through JumpMania Event Rentals (including inflatables, apparel, signage, or equipment):

  • All products are sold as-is, except where expressly stated
  • Delivery timelines will be communicated separately
  • Ownership transfers upon delivery
  • You assume all responsibility for proper use, setup, storage, supervision, and safety
  • The Company is not responsible for injuries, damages, misuse, or improper operation

You agree to comply with all safety guidelines, insurance requirements, and local regulations related to inflatable and rental equipment.

6. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy published at checkout and incorporated into these Terms.

For JumpMania Academy:

  • A full refund is available up to 24 hours before the official course start date
  • Orientation access is permitted during the refund window
  • Once the course begins, all sales are final
  • No refunds will be issued after the course start date under any circumstances

For physical products:

  • Refunds are not available once products are processed, shipped, or delivered
  • All physical sales are final unless otherwise required by law

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Business interruption
  • Personal injury, property damage, or equipment misuse
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JumpMania Academy and JumpMania Event Rentals from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your business operations
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of physical products or equipment

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Modifications

The Company may update these Terms at any time without notice.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
